Lazaris Distillery & Artisan Sweets has been operating in Corfu since 2005, producing liqueurs, spirits and handmade sweets, continuing the gastronomic tradition of the island in order to introduce the modern, global consumer to the authentic tastes of another era. In our distillery, we produce the Lazaris Kum Quat and Limoncello liqueurs, the Lazaris Ouzo and Tsipouro. On the ground of our facilities you can see the workshop of our sweets’ production. Here, every day our confectioners revive old traditional Corfu recipes and experiment with new flavors and ingredients. Our visitors have the opportunity to experience the tiny and deeply fragrant fruit kum quat (golden orange), to follow closely the stages of the process of producing kumquat jam and sweet spoon, to learn how to make the famous, traditional Corfiot sweets mandola, mandolato, the spicy Corfiot SIKOMAIDA (fig pie) and the Greek Delights – Loukoums. LAZARIS products are handmade in small quantities. They contain no chemical preservatives and their packaging is modern and innovative. After the tour, the visitor can taste our products in our buffet.
