The beach Kontogialos is located 5 km from the town of Corfu in the eastern part of the island. The beach stretches about 2.5 km and has a sandy shore. It is awarded the blue flag.
The beach Kontogialos is an organized beach and provides umbrellas and sunbeds for hire and have immediate access to restaurants and snack bars. On the beach it is possible for water activities such as canoeing. Access is relatively easy on and around the area there is parking.
